Tanya Bell - Attorney at Law

Tanya Bell attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Political Science. While at the University of South Florida, She was on the Dean’s List and National Dean’s List and graduated with honors. She then went on to the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate.

While in law school, Tanya served as Vice Chancellor of the Honor Court, Defense Staff of the Honor Court as well as the Executive Research Editor of the Entertainment Law Review.

Tanya began her career at The Law Office of Robert W. Bauer, P.A. where she was responsible for expanding the firm’s practice areas to include family law. Deciding that she wanted to move her home closer to the water, she then accepted a position at the United Auto Workers Legal Services Plans where she would work for over six years.

During her time in this position, she practiced primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and consumer law.

Sarah E. Voss - Attorney at Law

Sarah Voss attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business. She then went to Stetson University College of Law where she graduated with Honors and received her Juris Doctorate degree.

As a small child, Mrs. Voss always knew that she wanted to be an attorney and because of that she has more than ten years of experience assisting in Elder Law, Family Law, Construction Litigation and Personal Injury. One of her most favorite experiences was a Judicial Externship in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Hillsborough County assisting in the Guardianship Division with the Honorable Sean O. Cadigan, General Magistrate.

Mrs. Voss now focuses her practice primarily on Estate Planning and Probate. Mrs. Voss is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association and the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys interior decorating and spending time with family.
